EA 39-BPC 379/427 I	Illegal use of electricity or theft	3 years of Imprisonment or 10 thousand taka penalty or both punishment
EA 40-BPC 379/427 I	Misuse of the electricity or disconnection of the electric connection without approval or trying to make disturbance in electricity distribution	5 years of Imprisonment or 10 thousand taka penalty or both punishment
EA 40-BPC 379/427 I	Theft, take aside, split/detach or intentionaly damage the electrical equipments	5 years of Imprisonment or 10 thousand taka penalty or both punishment
EA 41-BPC 379/427 I	Electric connection established by any illegal person or authority except authorized person	3 thousand taka once with Tk.300/= taka per day penalty
EA 42-BPC 379/427 I	Illegal & improper use of electricity or use of electricity violating the direction	3 thousand taka once with Tk.100/= taka per day penalty
EA 43-BPC 379/427 I	Use or connecting the electricity by any illegal person except authorized person	2 thousand taka once with Tk.100/= taka per day penalty
EA 44-BPC 379/427 I	Tampering of meter or obstruction in the duty of authorized person and illegal use of electricity	5 thousand taka once with Tk.100/= taka per day penalty
EA 45-BPC 379/427 I	Destroying any government light	6 months of Imprisonment or 5 thousand taka penalty or both punishment
